• Financial & Payout Information: To facilitate payouts, you are required to connect a Stripe account. We do not collect, store, or view your bank account details; this information is handled directly and securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To manage your account, verify your identity, and enable you to participate in canvassing tasks.
• Payment Processing: To track your earnings in your digital wallet and process your withdrawal requests through Stripe.
• Compliance: To manage your W9 form for necessary tax reporting requirements.
• Operational Oversight: To verify that tasks are completed in the designated canvassing areas using GPS location data.

3. Data Sharing and Security

• Stripe: We utilize Stripe as our third-party payment processor. When you connect your account, you are providing your financial information directly to Stripe. DoorHanger does not collect, store, or view your bank account details. Your data is handled according to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Tax Authorities: Your W9 information is stored securely and may be disclosed to tax authorities (such as the IRS) solely for the purpose of tax reporting as required by U.S. law.
• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.
